How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, breast pumps and accessories must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase.

Do you offer a warranty on your pumps?

Yes, all our pumps come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. Please keep your proof of purchase to facilitate any warranty claims.

Are your products BPA-free?

Absolutely. All Willow Pump components that come into contact with milk are made from food-grade materials and are 100% BPA-free.
