At Willow Pump, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and drop the box off at any authorized carrier location listed on your shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
